Dihexa (N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-(6) aminohexanoic amide) is an angiotensin-IV-derived small molecule that acts as an HGF/c-Met potentiator, producing striking synaptogenesis in preclinical neurodegeneration models. The hype around it far outruns the data: there are no published human trials, so its efficacy and — critically — its long-term safety in people are unknown.
