We aggregate publicly available data, score providers using an objective methodology, and provide educational context about the peptide supply chain.

Regulatory Landscape Note

The peptide regulatory environment is actively evolving. Key developments in 2025–2026 include:

• Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prohibited as of April/May 2025 (shortage resolved)
• BPC-157 and TB-500 were removed from FDA Category 2 (April 2026) but not yet authorized for compounding
• FDA PCAC is reviewing multiple peptides for the 503A Bulks List (July 23–24, 2026 meeting)
• FDA issued 50+ warning letters to compounders in September 2025
