How to mix it (quick steps)
  1. Let both vials reach room temperature; wipe both stoppers with an alcohol pad.
  2. Draw your BAC water into a transfer syringe.
  3. Inject it against the glass wall, not straight onto the powder.
  4. Don't shake. Gently swirl, the powder dissolves in a minute or two.
  5. The solution should be clear. Cloudy or particles = don't use it.
  6. Store in the fridge; draw doses with an insulin syringe as needed.

Syringe types explained

U-100
1 mL / 100 units
Most common for peptides. 1 unit = 0.01 mL.
U-50
0.5 mL / 50 units
Half-capacity syringe. Still 100 units/mL, so same math as U-100.
U-40
1 mL / 40 units
Older/veterinary standard. 1 unit = 0.025 mL, DIFFERENT from U-100. Common mistake source.

U-40 warning: Never use a U-40 syringe with U-100 calculations. You'll draw 2.5× too much. Always confirm your syringe type before drawing.
