Most BPC-157 dosing figures circulating online are extrapolated from rodent studies, where doses are typically reported per kilogram of body weight (µg/kg). Human clinical data is limited. Reconstitution & example math

A 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water yields 2.5 mg/mL (2,500 mcg/mL). A 250 mcg dose is then 0.1 mL, 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. That vial provides 20 doses of 250 mcg.

BPC-157 is generally reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and refrigerated after mixing. Add water slowly down the vial wall; do not shake vigorously.
